We provide individualised plans to support your weight management goals by educating you on portion control, meal planning, behaviour modification, and sustainable and realistic lifestyle changes. We can also provide support for weight loss surgery (bariatric surgery) by offering pre- and post-operative.

Improving your gut health is one of the most effective ways to enhance your overall wellbeing. We can help you with  diverticulosis/diverticulitis, coeliac disease, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and food allergies and intolerances.

Nutrition plays an important role because in balancing of our hormones. Our group education sessions offer structured, supportive nutrition education tailored to specific health concerns and life stages. Led by Dr Nina El-Haddad, a PhD qualified dietitian and founder of Sydney Dietetics Clinic, each group session combines expert guidance with peer connection—helping you stay motivated and make sustainable changes.
