We can help you with  diverticulosis/diverticulitis, coeliac disease, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and food allergies and intolerances.

Aged Care Nutrition Governance

Strong nutrition governance is essential for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care in aged care settings. Poor nutrition and malnutrition are common in residential and community aged care and are closely linked to falls, hospitalisation, functional decline, and reduced quality of life.

 

Sydney Dietetics Clinic provides expert support to help aged care organisations strengthen their nutrition governance systems, meet Aged Care Quality Standards, and translate policy into meaningful practice.

Our group education and workplace wellness services provide structured, supportive, and evidence-based nutrition education tailored to different life stages, health concerns, and organisational needs.

All sessions are delivered by Dr Nina El-Haddad, a PhD qualified dietitian and founder of Sydney Dietetics Clinic, combining expert guidance with practical strategies and real-world application, helping individuals and teams stay motivated and make sustainable changes.
